Learning how to apply extensions is easy and Tres Jolie offers a broad range of training courses - everything from novice to advanced application. All classes are hands-on training taught by experienced hair extensions experts and classes are limited to six students to ensure personal attention.

Tres Jolie works with only the highest quality hair. Tools are guaranteed for a year and Balmain hair is guaranteed for six months*. Balmain is the only manufacturer in the industry to offer this length of guarantee. The majority of training classes are held in downtown Portland, but our educators can train you and your colleagues in your salon. Geraldine Carter
Geraldine has over 13 years experience in the hair extension industry. Having worked in Europe for Euro-Hair, the manufacturer of Balmain extensions, Geraldine brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the U.S. market.

Geraldine started her career as a hair extension trainer with an emphasis on single strand application. Geraldine was quickly promoted to Sales Manager covering the French and Belgian markets. As a Sales Manager, Geraldine attended trades shows, conducted training seminars and worked with independent beauty salon owners to increase Balmain market share. After three years of success Geraldine was promoted to Export Manager for Europe, then International Export Manager before deciding to leave Euro-Hair for a life in the United States.

Prior to a career with Euro-Hair, Geraldine worked at the family owned salon in Nantes, France. Geraldine's background gives her a unique perspective to understand both the manufacture's and salon owners' needs. Geraldine believes this business is truly amazing.
